About The Position

The Weekend Daytime Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents and is responsible for creating strong first impressions and building positive relationships. The role personalizes interactions, helps people feel at home, and supports a welcoming residential community. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM–3 PM. The position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp, professional appearance.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently positive experiences and a meticulously cared-for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
