About The Position

Suhrco is seeking a part-time weekend Concierge for Ellington Condominiums in Seattle, Washington. The role involves using the HOA’s electric trolley to transport people to and from residences and HOA amenities. The Concierge emphasizes safety on the streets and around the amenities, promotes bicycle safety, and provides guests with property information and maps.

During the off season, the ideal candidate may assist the maintenance department with general maintenance activities or support other departments as needed. The work is conducted outdoors while patrolling the property, and the employee may be required to repetitively lift and move up to 50 pounds. Some weekends are required; this is not a Monday-through-Friday position.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing, with strong communication skills.
• Polished appearance and the ability to be patient and understanding in all situations.
• Provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships.
• Flexible, adaptable, reliable, and resourceful, with strong multitasking skills.
• Desire to grow, learn, and take on additional responsibilities, along with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to repetitively lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the HOA.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• If driving is or becomes a role requirement, maintain a valid state driver’s license for the vehicle class, a clean motor vehicle report, and current automobile insurance at statutory limits; promptly notify People Operations of any change to motor vehicle standing.
