About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a part-time Concierge for The Belgrove, a 4-Diamond resort in West Palm Beach with 150 rooms and villas, restaurants, a spa, and a golf course. The Concierge is part of the Guest Services team and helps guests plan their stay by serving as a knowledgeable source for the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through engaging service, local recommendations, problem resolution, and support for other hotel departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Advanced knowledge of the local area.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover and plan their stay experience.
• Provide engaging, sincere customer service and take a genuine interest in guests.
• Establish relationships with local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
• Resolve problems and provide guest recovery when experiences do not go as planned.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact professionally with hotel and resort staff and provide information to other departments.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
