About The Position

The Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant works directly with couples to plan destination weddings and honeymoons around the world. The role involves helping clients select destinations and venues, coordinating travel logistics, and arranging personalized experiences for couples and their guests. The consultant communicates with clients throughout the process, from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up, and works with wedding coordinators, resorts, and vendors to support a seamless experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to support a seamless event experience.
• Advise clients on passport and visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination-specific regulations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients from inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
• Stay current on destination wedding and honeymoon travel trends.
