About The Position

The Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant works directly with couples to plan destination weddings and honeymoons around the world. The role involves helping clients select suitable destinations and venues, coordinating travel arrangements, and working with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to create seamless, personalized experiences. The consultant provides guidance on travel documentation, insurance, and destination-specific requirements, and supports clients from their initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up. The company specializes in destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel, aiming to make wedding travel planning seamless and personalized.

Requirements

• Experience in travel planning, event coordination, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of romantic destinations, luxury resorts, and wedding venues.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client bookings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with travel booking systems or CRM software.
• Travel certification or destination wedding planning certification.

Responsibilities

• Consult with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for destination weddings or honeymoons.
• Research and recommend wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages tailored to each couple.
• Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
• Liaise with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to support a seamless event experience.
• Advise clients on passport and visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination-specific regulations.
• Communicate professionally with clients from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
• Stay current on trends in destination weddings and honeymoon travel.
