About The Position
The Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant works directly with couples to plan destination weddings and honeymoons around the world. The consultant helps couples choose suitable destinations and venues, coordinates travel arrangements, and works with wedding coordinators, resorts, and vendors to create a seamless experience. The role also involves advising clients on travel requirements and maintaining communication throughout the planning and travel process. The position is remote, offers a flexible schedule, and is commission-based, with potential bonuses and incentives.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client bookings.

Responsibilities
- Consult with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for destination weddings or honeymoons.
- Research and recommend wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages tailored to each couple.
- Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
- Coordinate with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to support a seamless event experience.
- Advise clients on passport and visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination-specific regulations.
- Communicate professionally with clients from their initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
- Stay current on trends in destination weddings and honeymoon travel.
