About The Position

We are looking for a Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant to work directly with couples to plan destination weddings and honeymoons. The role involves helping couples select destinations and venues, coordinating travel arrangements and logistics, and working with wedding coordinators, resorts, and vendors to create seamless, personalized experiences. The consultant also provides guidance on travel requirements and maintains communication with clients throughout the planning and travel process. The company specializes in destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel, with a mission to make wedding travel planning seamless and personalized.

Requirements

• Experience in travel planning, event coordination, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of romantic destinations, luxury resorts, and wedding venues.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client bookings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with travel booking systems or CRM software.
• Travel certification or destination wedding planning certification.

Responsibilities

• Consult with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for a destination wedding or honeymoon.
• Research and recommend wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages tailored to each couple.
• Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
• Coordinate with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors to support a seamless event experience.
• Advise clients on passport and visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination-specific regulations.
• Communicate professionally with clients from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
• Stay current on trends in destination weddings and honeymoon travel.
