About The Position

The Virtual Destination Wedding Specialist helps couples plan destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel in locations around the world. The role includes researching venues, packages, and travel logistics; coordinating flights, accommodations, and excursions; and communicating with suppliers and resort brands. Specialists provide virtual customer service by phone, email, or Zoom and use provided tools, CRM, and booking portals to manage client journeys. Optional live and on-demand training is available. Certified training, mentorship, and access to wedding and travel suppliers are provided; no prior experience is required.

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently and virtually.
Detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.

Passion for travel, weddings, or event planning.
Experience in the travel industry is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities
