The Destination Specialist designs and organizes customized itineraries by working with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements. The role includes researching destinations and travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, and supporting clients before, during, and after their trips. Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requests or requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Create detailed, personalized travel itineraries, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other necessary arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients’ trips.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
