About The Position
True Adventure Travel is a travel company focused on creating personalized, high-quality travel experiences. The Destination Specialist designs and organizes customized travel itineraries by working with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and requirements. This is a remote role that involves researching destinations and travel arrangements, providing customer service throughout the trip-planning and travel process, staying informed about travel trends and regulations, collaborating with team members, and responding to issues or emergencies during clients’ trips.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, special requests, and requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Create detailed, personalized itineraries covering flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other necessary arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients’ trips.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
