About The Position
True Adventure Travel is a travel company specializing in creating unique travel experiences. The Destination Specialist designs and organizes personalized travel itineraries, working with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and requirements. This is a remote role that provides customer support before, during, and after clients’ trips.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, special requests, and requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Create detailed, personalized itineraries, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other necessary arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients’ trips.
- Stay current on travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
