The Destination Specialist designs and organizes travel itineraries, working with clients to understand their preferences and budget and create customized plans that meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requests or requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Create detailed, personalized itineraries that include flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other necessary arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients’ trips.
- Stay informed about travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
