True Adventure Travel is a travel company specializing in creating unique travel experiences and providing personalized, high-quality customer service. The Destination Specialist designs and organizes customized travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences, budgets, and requests. This is a remote role with a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, special requests, and requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Create detailed, personalized travel itineraries, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients’ trips.
- Stay informed about travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
