About The Position
True Adventure Travel is seeking a remote Destination Specialist to design and organize customized travel itineraries. The specialist works with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements, then uses destination and travel knowledge to create personalized plans. The role includes providing customer service before, during, and after trips, keeping informed about travel trends and regulations, collaborating with colleagues to improve services, and handling issues that arise during a client's trip.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requests or requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Create personalized travel itineraries, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients' trips.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client's trip.
