The planner communicates with clients, researches travel options, prepares quotes, coordinates reservations, assists with special requests, tracks payment deadlines, and provides support throughout the travel experience. The role also involves building client relationships and promoting travel planning services.

Training and resources include travel training and supplier education, access to booking platforms and destination resources, and continued learning about resorts, honeymoon packages, and travel products.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and an enjoyment of helping others celebrate special milestones.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable researching destinations and learning online booking systems.
• Interest in resorts, romantic destinations, and personalized travel planning.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and follow up consistently.
• Reliable internet access and a computer or laptop.
• Customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Research resorts, destinations, cruises, and romantic vacation packages.
• Prepare personalized quotes for honeymoons, anniversaries, and couples' getaways.
• Compare accommodations, room categories, amenities, and package inclusions.
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Assist with special requests, such as private dinners, spa experiences, and honeymoon amenities, subject to availability.
• Track payment deadlines and share important travel details.
• Provide client support before, during, and after travel.
• Build client relationships and promote travel planning services.
