About The Position
We are hiring Entry-Level Travel Assistants to support our travel planning process. The role offers full training and is an opportunity to enter the travel industry. Working remotely, you will assist with researching travel options, bookings, and client communication. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong interest in travel and helping people.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather travel options based on client preferences.
- Help book hotels, cruises, flights, and travel packages.
- Follow up with clients about details, confirmations, and updates.
- Communicate with travel suppliers as needed.
- Learn supplier systems and tools.
- Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings.
