About The Position

Help couples plan personalized honeymoons, anniversary trips, and romantic getaways. The role combines travel research, thoughtful recommendations, and attentive service to create vacations that match each couple's interests, preferences, and budget. The planner communicates with clients, researches destinations and travel products, prepares personalized quotes, coordinates reservations and special requests, tracks payment deadlines, and provides support before, during, and after travel. The role also involves building client relationships and promoting travel planning services.

Travel training and supplier education are provided, along with access to booking platforms and destination resources. Continued learning about resorts, honeymoon packages, and travel products is available.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and an interest in helping others celebrate special milestones.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable researching destinations and learning online booking systems.
• Interested in resorts, romantic destinations, and personalized travel planning.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and follow up consistently.
• Reliable internet access and a computer or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with couples to understand their travel plans, budget, and expectations.
• Research resorts, destinations, cruises, and romantic vacation packages.
• Prepare personalized quotes for honeymoons, anniversaries, and couples' getaways.
• Compare accommodations, room categories, amenities, and package inclusions.
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Assist with special requests, such as private dinners, spa experiences, and honeymoon amenities, subject to availability.
• Track payment deadlines and share important travel details.
• Provide client support before, during, and after travel.
• Build client relationships and promote travel planning services.
