About The Position

We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly professional Wedding and Event Planner to plan and manage all aspects of weddings and related events, from initial consultation through execution. The role includes vendor coordination, timeline management, guest communication, and ensuring each detail aligns with the couple’s vision and expectations.

The agency specializes in destination weddings, honeymoons, and group celebrations, working with clients to create seamless events in locations around the world. The position is remote and may involve travel logistics and on-site coordination if required.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfort using planning software or tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their wedding or event goals, preferences, and budget.
• Research and recommend destinations, venues, and vendors.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and checklists for each event.
• Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and venues.
• Oversee wedding planning and execution, including travel logistics and on-site coordination if required.
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and special accommodation requests.
