About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as a Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant. This entry-level role focuses on assisting clients with planning and coordinating travel for destination weddings, honeymoons, and romantic getaways. The consultant supports clients in selecting locations, accommodations, and travel arrangements, and helps ensure a smooth and memorable experience from planning through completion. Training and guidance are provided. The role is suited to individuals interested in weddings, travel planning, and customer service who enjoy helping clients create meaningful experiences. The position is fully remote and offers a salary range of $45,000–$60,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning destination weddings, honeymoons, and special occasion travel.
Research resorts, venues, and travel packages based on client preferences.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, flights, and group bookings.
Communicate with clients about timelines, availability, and travel requirements.
Review booking details for accuracy, including dates and guest information.
Maintain organized records of client plans and reservations.
Provide support and follow-up throughout the planning process.
