About The Position

We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly professional Wedding and Event Planner to plan and manage all aspects of weddings and related events, from initial consultation through execution. The role includes vendor coordination, timeline management, guest communication, and ensuring that each detail aligns with the couple’s vision and expectations. The planner works remotely and may coordinate travel logistics and on-site event activities when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfort using planning software or tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with a reliable internet connection and personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their wedding or event goals, preferences, and budget.
• Research and recommend destinations, venues, and vendor options.
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
• Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and venues.
• Oversee wedding planning and execution, including travel logistics and on-site coordination when required.
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and special accommodation requests.
• Ensure event elements are cohesive, timely, and professionally delivered.
