About The Position

Requirements

At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience as a Web Program Manager or in an equivalent position within a marketing setting.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, project management tools, and standard methodologies.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage web projects from conception through implementation, ensuring flawless execution.
Lead editorial planning, prioritize competing content requests, recommend promotional placements and rotations, and secure stakeholder alignment and approvals.
Collaborate with building, development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to implement web initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet timelines and financial goals.
Partner with audience and technology teams to deliver relevant experiences based on visitor attributes, behavior, and registration status, connecting audience capabilities with practical web use cases.
Analyze web performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
Ensure web content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
