About The Position

As part of our Web Experience Team, the Web Experience Coordinator will be joining an environment that is exciting and one that gives them access to modern platforms, tools, and an integrated marketing technology stack. As a valued member of the team, you will help manage, support and enhance the digital experience on our coporate website and customer portal. You will pacticipate in a spectrum of online activities: designing or updating new web and campaign landing pages, helping monitor web page perfomance, and guiding other marketing teams along the way. You will learn new skills and be exposed to website search, traffic analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Who you are You are someone who is looking to become a website expert and eager to work with the latest digital tools. You are technically-inclined, naturally curious, self-motivated, and always looking to learn new things. Your default approach is to collaborate with others, and you’re always ready to help your colleagues and learn from them.

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, commerce, business technology or equivalent education/practical experience
  • Good understanding of digital marketing
  • Good understanding of websites, web page management, or helped manage a website
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience in the following areas and/or platforms:
  • Web Content Management Systems (CMS): Wordpress, Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or Search Console
  • Project Management tools: JIRA, Wrike, Asana, Monday, Trello or equivalent
  • Paid Ads & Search Platforms: Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • SEO tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz or equivalent
  • Curiosity to learn how AI can help improve automation
  • Previous experience in building websites, website analytics, SEO, or heat mapping

Responsibilities

  • Generate new, or update existing, landing pages for our website and online campaigns
  • Collaborate with your peers in the Graphics, Content, Product, and Regional Marketing teams to create new landing page templates and intuitive online experiences
  • Optimize the layout of web pages based on feedback from various teams incl. SEM and SEO team and web analytics
  • Coordinate translations of web content into other languages through CMS workflows
  • Create and manage project tickets, assist with website maintenance, run tests before release of new capabilities
  • Document our processes and standards, develop presentations to train your peers at HQ or in regions
  • Help ramp up and/or support the digital freelancers and agencies we work with
