About The Position
Toromont Cat is looking for a Service Coordinator to join its team! This is a full-time, permanent position. The base salary is between $48,867.00 and $61,408.00, and may include discretionary or performance-based bonuses as part of a comprehensive compensation program. As a Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work within one of the safest companies in the industry, for a top-tier equipment dealer with the premium Caterpillar brand, and to learn, grow, and develop continuously with Toromont's internal training teams. You will also receive competitive total compensation, including salary, benefits, and bonuses (based on eligibility).
Requirements
- Minimum post-secondary education.
- Two or more years of experience in a service support or operations role.
Responsibilities
- Performs the opening, closing, and billing of work orders.
- Participates in the dispatch of work and technicians.
- Prepares quotes, purchase requisitions, parts requests, and other material resources.
- Responds to calls from clients and Parts & Service representatives.
- Provides administrative support to the foreman.
