About The Position

Wealth Custody and Clearing is seeking an Officer for its Strategy & Product Management team to support global product development for its introducing broker-dealer and wealth custody platform. The role drives strategic analysis, develops buy/build/partner frameworks, establishes product-development lifecycle cadences, and refines materials for board, committee, and executive audiences. It also supports end-to-end product ownership, including design, development, third-party integrations, and ongoing enhancement of platform capabilities. The Officer will work across capabilities such as account onboarding, cash management, transfers, trading, rebalancing, performance reporting, fee billing, clearing, and third-party integrations. The role supports the global expansion of the platform and helps ensure it delivers differentiated client value, integrates effectively with third-party providers, and advances digital and AI-driven transformation while maintaining operational and regulatory excellence. The position is based in Boston, Dallas, Austin, Irvine, or another strategic global location.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree required.
2–5+ years of related experience.
Experience in product management, investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, business analysis, or strategy roles.
Strategic thinking, strong execution, analytical skills, and presentation-development skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Digital-forward mindset and interest in using modern tools to transform the industry.
Desire to learn, build, grow, and support a complex, 0-to-1 launch of a global wealth and custody product.

Nice To Haves

Graduate degree preferred.
Exposure to product lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
Experience in product management for wealth custody, clearing, trading, and digital wealth platforms.

Responsibilities

Support new product capabilities across the wealth custody and clearing platform from ideation and design through launch, enhancement, and sunset.
Negotiate fintech partnerships to expand platform capabilities and accelerate time to market.
Champion adoption of AI and advanced analytics to enhance product features, automate workflows, and improve client and advisor experiences.
Manage third-party product roadmaps and collaborate with external partners to keep deliverables aligned, on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and business development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to help keep the platform innovative and differentiated.
Prepare presentations for executive leadership, boards, and external stakeholders on product vision, strategy, and performance.
Foster innovation, agility, and accountability within the product organization.
Conduct strategic analysis, create buy/build/partner frameworks, establish product-development lifecycle cadences, and refine board, committee, and executive materials.
Support end-to-end product ownership, including design, development, third-party integrations, and ongoing enhancement of platform capabilities.
