Wealth Strategy Analyst & Product Management, Officer (Wealth Custody and Clearing)
About The Position
Wealth Custody and Clearing is seeking an Officer for its Strategy & Product Management team to support the global buildout of an introducing broker-dealer and wealth custody platform. The role drives strategic analysis, develops buy/build/partner frameworks, establishes product-development lifecycle cadences, and refines materials for boards, committees, and executive leadership. It also supports end-to-end product ownership, including design, development, third-party integrations, and ongoing enhancement of platform capabilities. The Officer will contribute across the product roadmap and help ensure the platform delivers differentiated client value, integrates effectively with third-party providers, and incorporates digital and AI-driven transformation. The position collaborates across technology, operations, compliance, business development, and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, compliant solutions, while monitoring industry and regulatory developments and presenting product vision, strategy, and performance to executive and external stakeholders. The position reports to the Managing Director (or Vice President) of Product Management & Strategy for Wealth Custody and Clearing. Listed work locations include Boston, Dallas, Austin, Irvine, or another strategic global location.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required.
- 2–5+ years of related experience in product management, investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, business analysis, or strategy roles.
- Strategic thinking, execution, analytical, and presentation-development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Digital-forward mindset and interest in using modern tools to transform the industry.
- Desire to learn, build, grow, and support a complex, 0-to-1 launch of a global wealth and custody product.
Nice To Haves

- Exposure to product lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in product management for wealth custody, clearing, trading, and digital wealth platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support development of wealth custody and clearing platform capabilities from ideation and design through launch, enhancement, and sunset.
- Negotiate fintech partnerships to expand platform capabilities and accelerate time to market.
- Promote adoption of AI and advanced analytics to enhance product features, automate workflows, and improve client and advisor experiences.
- Manage third-party product roadmaps and collaborate with external partners to align deliverables and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and business development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to keep the platform innovative and differentiated.
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership, boards, and external stakeholders on product vision, strategy, and performance.
