About The Position

Wealth Custody & Clearing is seeking an experienced Vice President, Wealth Operations & Supervision to serve as the senior tactical and functional leader across its introducing broker-dealer operating environment. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this broad operating leadership role translates business strategy into coordinated day-to-day execution, provides supervisory leadership, and connects Operations, Client Service & Advisor Experience, Trading, Asset Servicing, Client Onboarding, Cashiering, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology. The role leads the tactical operating agenda, coordinates functional leaders, resolves cross-functional issues, and maintains accountability for execution, controls, and escalation. It strengthens the first line of defense through consistent management routines, enhanced fraud and operational risk controls, issue resolution, and transparent reporting on performance, risk, capacity, and readiness. The successful candidate will be hands-on and pragmatic, able to balance daily execution, supervisory judgment, client-impacting escalations, operating-model design, and senior leadership communication in a growth environment. The position supports operational coordination for client implementations, new capabilities, market expansion, and production stabilization; helps ensure operational and fraud controls, staffing, procedures, dependencies, and escalation paths are ready before launch; and partners with control and support functions on regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries. The role also promotes operating-model improvements, technology and automation, third-party oversight, and leadership continuity on behalf of the Head of Operations. The stated annual salary range is $110,000–$207,500 for the primary location. State Street describes a comprehensive benefits program, including a retirement savings plan with company match, insurance coverage, paid time off, an Employee Assistance Program, incentive compensation eligibility, and certain tax-advantaged savings plans.
