About The Position

Wealth Custody & Clearing is seeking an experienced Vice President, Wealth Operations & Supervision to serve as the senior tactical and functional leader across its introducing broker-dealer operating environment. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this broad operating leadership role translates business strategy into coordinated day-to-day execution, provides supervisory leadership, and connects teams across Operations, Client Service & Advisor Experience, Trading, Asset Servicing, Client Onboarding, Cashiering, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology. Functional leaders retain ownership of their respective domains; this role ensures those domains operate as a connected, controlled, and scalable end-to-end model. The Vice President will drive the tactical operating agenda, coordinate functional leaders, resolve cross-functional issues, and maintain accountability for execution, controls, and escalation. The role strengthens the first line of defense through consistent management routines, fraud and operational risk controls, issue resolution, and transparency around performance, risk, capacity, and readiness. It supports growth across clients, product capabilities, and geographic reach without adding unnecessary management layers. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, pragmatic operating leader with broad experience in the wealth and advisory ecosystem, broker-dealer supervision, and fraud controls. They will move between daily execution, supervisory judgment, client-impacting escalations, operating-model design, and senior leadership communication while preserving subject-matter ownership. Success is measured by better coordination, faster and clearer decisions, stronger supervisory discipline, effective risk oversight, and dependable execution across the operating model.
