As a Waterpark Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting classes, training, and in-service training for aquatics staff. You will develop, implement, and monitor programming and schedules for waterpark operation. This role involves directing the implementation of department policies and procedures through in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of utilization data. You will develop detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectives. Effective communication with both internal and external customers, using tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve conflict is essential. You will perform supervisory tasks of a team, including resolving conflict, coaching, and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management. Additionally, you will prepare, design, order, and distribute marketing material for the Waterpark. This individual must possess and adhere to the core values of Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.
