As a Waterpark Supervisor, you will conduct classes, training and in-service training for aquatics staff. You will develop, implement, and monitor programming and schedules for waterpark operation. You will direct the implementation of department policies and procedures by conducting in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of utilization data and other inputs. You will develop detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectives. You will communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, using tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve conflict. You will perform supervisory tasks of a team, including resolving conflict, coaching, and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management. You will prepare, design, order, and distribute marketing material for the Waterpark. You will perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Waterpark & Activities.
