About The Position
The Arcade Supervisor will provide excellent customer service for guests in the arcade and supervise staff to make sure the team is meeting company standards. They will work to train new staff members to make sure they know how to do their job and provide additional training to improve staff performance.
Requirements
- Previous cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Previous arcade and/or retail experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for the arcade
- Cash out drawers at the end of the day
- Assist Arcade Lead Supervisor with stocking and inventory
- Other duties as assigned by management
