About The Position

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is hiring a Water Service Technician to service, repair, and maintain residential water treatment and plumbing systems. The role includes working with pumps, valves, and water filtration equipment; analyzing water quality; and making system adjustments or upgrades. The technician responds to urgent water problems, communicates with homeowners about system use and upgrades, provides service recommendations, maintains accurate service and water quality records, and ensures work complies with applicable regulations and safety and environmental guidelines. Paid training is offered. Candidates must pass a comprehensive pre-employment screening upon hire, including a review of criminal and DMV history.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of residential plumbing work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain residential water treatment and plumbing systems, including pumps, valves, and water filtration equipment.
• Conduct water quality analysis and implement system adjustments or upgrades as needed.
• Address urgent water issues, including leaks and system malfunctions, with prompt and professional resolutions.
• Communicate with homeowners about their systems, educate them on usage and upgrades, and provide tailored service recommendations.
• Keep accurate service records, inspections, and water quality logs for compliance and reporting.
• Ensure all work meets state and federal regulations, as well as safety and environmental guidelines.
