About The Position

Clean Response helps property owners recover from damage caused by fire, flooding, and similar events by cleaning up, drying out, and rebuilding properties. The Water Technician helps restore properties and supports affected customers through consistent communication and updates. The role is based at the Des Moines location and is full-time. Technicians should be dependable, motivated, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service. The work takes place in a constantly changing environment and may involve occasional on-call shifts and potentially hot, cold, wet, or semi-confined work areas.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in water mitigation.
• IICRC Water Damage Restoration qualification.
• Experience in commercial and residential restoration.
• Experience using small to medium power tools to remove building materials.

Responsibilities

• Adapt to a constantly changing work environment and changing daily challenges.
• Repair properties that have suffered water or fire damage.
• Remove damaged materials.
• Place and use drying equipment when needed.
• Develop an understanding of water loss procedures.
• Provide consistent communication with coworkers and clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
