About The Position

JENNMAR Services is hiring experienced Water / Wastewater Technicians for full-time work supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations. Technicians work as part of a three-person crew and operate on a 3-days-on / 3-days-off schedule with 12-hour rotating shifts. Day shifts run from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and night shifts run from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Applicants should be comfortable with a potentially rotating shift schedule. The position offers pay starting at $20.00 per hour and a benefits package.

Requirements

• Previous water or wastewater treatment experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check, and to undergo occasional randomized drug testing.
• Must be comfortable working potentially rotating day and night shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Oil & Gas pad experience is a plus.
• SAFELAND PEC certification; training will be provided if the applicant does not already have it.

Responsibilities

• Support daily water and wastewater transfer operations as part of a three-person crew.
• Back trucks, chalk tires, and check driver paperwork.
• Monitor equipment and operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
• Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, including general troubleshooting.
• Clean and maintain equipment and site grounds.
• Mow, weed-whack, and snow-plow as needed.
