About The Position
JENNMAR Services is hiring experienced water and wastewater technicians for a full-time role supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations as part of a three-person crew. The position involves working both day and night shifts on a potentially rotating schedule. The schedule is three days on and three days off, with 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM for days and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM for nights. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour. Training for SAFELAND PEC certification will be provided if needed.
Requirements
- Previous water or wastewater treatment experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check is required; occasional randomized drug testing is also required.
- Must be comfortable with a potentially rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Oil and gas pad experience is a plus.
- SAFELAND PEC certification; training will be provided if not already certified.
Responsibilities
- Support daily water and wastewater transfer operations as part of a three-person crew.
- Back trucks, chalk tires, and check driver paperwork.
- Monitor equipment and operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
- Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device.
- Inspect equipment regularly to help ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, including general troubleshooting and cleaning and maintaining equipment and site grounds.
- Mow, weed-whack, and snow plow as needed.
