Water Technician
About The Position
JENNMAR Services is hiring experienced Water / Wastewater Technicians for a full-time role supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations as part of a three-person crew. The position offers steady work, competitive pay, and benefits. Employees work both day and night shifts on a potentially rotating schedule, with 12-hour shifts arranged as three days on and three days off. Duties include supporting truck operations, monitoring and inspecting equipment and operating conditions, troubleshooting issues, recording operating data, and performing routine maintenance. Site upkeep may include cleaning, mowing, weed-whacking, and snow plowing as needed.
Requirements
- Previous water or wastewater treatment experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check, and to undergo occasional randomized drug testing.
- SAFELAND PEC certification; training will be provided if the candidate does not already have it.
Nice To Haves
- Oil & Gas pad experience is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Back in trucks, chalk tires, and check driver paperwork.
- Monitor equipment and operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
- Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device.
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Perform general troubleshooting and routine maintenance and upkeep.
- Clean and maintain equipment and site grounds.
- Mow, weed-whack, and snow plow as needed.
