About The Position

JENNMAR Services is hiring experienced water and wastewater technicians for a full-time role supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations as part of a three-person crew. The position requires both day and night shifts on a potentially rotating schedule, with 12-hour shifts and a pattern of three days on and three days off. Day shifts run from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and night shifts run from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Technicians monitor equipment and operating conditions, troubleshoot problems, record operational readings, inspect equipment, and perform routine maintenance and site upkeep. Tasks include backing in trucks, chalking tires, checking driver paperwork, cleaning equipment and grounds, mowing, weed-whacking, and snow plowing as needed. The role offers pay of $20.00 or more per hour and a benefits package.

Requirements

Previous water or wastewater treatment experience is preferred.
SAFELAND PEC certification; training will be provided if the candidate does not already have it.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check, with occasional randomized drug testing.
Comfort working a potentially rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.

Nice To Haves

Oil and gas pad experience is a plus.
Previous water or wastewater treatment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support daily water and wastewater transfer operations as part of a three-person crew.
Back trucks into position, chalk tires, and check driver paperwork.
