About The Position

JENNMAR Services is hiring experienced Water / Wastewater Technicians for a full-time role supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations as part of a three-person crew. The position involves rotating 12-hour day and night shifts on a 3-days-on, 3-days-off schedule. Day shifts run from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and night shifts run from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The posting offers pay starting at $20.00 per hour and a benefits package.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check, and participate in occasional randomized drug testing.
• Comfort with a potentially rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous water or wastewater treatment experience is preferred.
• Oil and Gas pad experience is a plus.
• SAFELAND PEC certification; training will be provided if the applicant does not already have it.

Responsibilities

• Support daily water and wastewater transfer operations as part of a three-person crew.
• Back in trucks, chalk tires, and check driver paperwork.
• Monitor equipment and operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
• Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, including general troubleshooting.
• Clean and maintain equipment and site grounds.
• Mow, weed-whack, and snow plow as needed.
