Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in various office functions including processing invoices
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and invoice processing
  • Experience in the use of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
  • Ability to perform in a demanding, busy office environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • High School diploma or GED is required

  • Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry a plus
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily water hauling and disposal activities to support field operations
  • Track and monitor trucking vendors, job progress, and service delivery to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, including data entry, work orders, and required documentation
  • Communicate and collaborate with field operations, supply chain, and management teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party trucking companies and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in resolving operational issues, delays, or discrepancies as they arise
  • Support invoice processing and ensure alignment between completed work and billing
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and overall efficiency
