About The Position

SERVPRO of North East Chester County is hiring a Water Damage Restoration Technician in Spring City. No experience is needed; training is provided. The technician prepares work areas, sets up staging areas and equipment, performs restoration production processes as directed, communicates with management and other technicians, and cleans and breaks down the jobsite at the end of each job. The role supports SERVPRO’s mission of repairing and restoring homes and businesses and helping customers during difficult situations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.
Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

Prepare rooms and areas for work activities.
Set up the staging area and equipment for each project.
Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
Perform production processes as directed.
Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
Leave the jobsite clean and orderly.
