Requirements
- No prior restoration or construction experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Reliable and punctual, with availability for a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Assist with water, fire, and smoke damage restoration on residential and commercial properties.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters.
- Perform water extraction, debris removal, and structural drying procedures.
- Support mold remediation and odor removal processes under technician supervision.
- Document job-site conditions with photos and written notes for project records.
- Communicate professionally with customers during on-site visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain, clean, and organize equipment and company vehicles.
