About The Position
SERVPRO of North East Chester County is hiring a Water Damage Restoration Technician in Tullytown. No prior experience is needed; training is provided. The technician helps prepare and carry out property damage restoration work, supporting SERVPRO’s goal of making damaged properties “Like it never even happened®!”
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms and work areas for project activities, including setting up staging areas and equipment.
- Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform production processes as directed.
- Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and equipment breakdown, leaving the jobsite clean and orderly.
