About The Position
The Waste Valet Tech works independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling and helping keep the community clean. The position serves apartment communities across the DFW metroplex and follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 7:00 PM to approximately 9:00 PM. Pay is $400 biweekly, with paid holidays.
Requirements
- A pickup truck is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
- Dependable, self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking; comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
