About The Position
The Waste Valet Technician works independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting residents’ doorstep trash and recycling and helping keep the property clean. The role is located in the Haslet area of Texas. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to approximately 9:30 PM. Pay is $370 biweekly, with paid holidays.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
- A smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Dependability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- A pickup truck is highly recommended but not required.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
