About The Position
The Waste Valet Tech collects doorstep trash and recycling at an assigned apartment community and transports it to the community dumpster or compactor. The role also includes picking up loose litter and documenting resident non-compliance violations. The work is performed independently, with routes to be completed safely and efficiently. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, from 7:00 PM to approximately 8:30 PM. Pay is $300, paid biweekly, plus paid holidays.
Requirements
- Pickup truck required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
- Dependable, self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
