About The Position
The Valet Trash Technician works independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting residents’ doorstep trash and recycling and helping keep the community clean. The role serves apartment communities across the DFW metroplex and involves completing routes safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
- Have a smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Be dependable, self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking.
Nice To Haves
- A pickup truck is highly recommended but not required.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
