About The Position
The Valet Trash Technician works independently at an assigned apartment community in the San Antonio area, collecting doorstep trash and recycling and helping keep the community clean. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to approximately 9:00 PM. Pay is $520 biweekly, plus paid holidays.
Requirements
- Pickup truck required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
- Dependable and self-motivated; able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
