About The Position
We’re looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to work independently at an assigned apartment community. The Valet Trash Technician collects doorstep trash and recycling and helps keep communities clean. The role serves apartment communities across the DFW metroplex. The schedule is Sunday–Thursday from 7:00 PM to approximately 9:00 PM. Pay is $400 biweekly, and paid holidays are offered.
Requirements
- A pickup truck is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
