About The Position
Part-time Valet Trash Technician serving an assigned apartment community in the Haltom City area of Texas. The technician works independently to collect doorstep trash and recycling, transport it to the community dumpster or compactor, and help keep the property clean. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to approximately 9:00 PM. Pay is $460–$560 biweekly, paid biweekly, plus paid holidays.
Requirements
- A pickup truck is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
- Dependable, self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking; able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
