About The Position

Mule-Hide Products, part of ABC Supply, provides professional roofing contractors with products for commercial roofing projects and low-slope roofing needs. The Warranty Claims Associate assists in administering warranty and product claims across Commercial Low-Slope and Roof Coatings systems, as well as Maintenance and Repair product offerings. The role investigates, reviews, and analyzes claim data; devises resolution plans; and negotiates and coordinates repairs and follow-up with repair contractors and building owners.

The associate performs independent activities assigned by the Claim Manager and works with the Claim Department team to develop, recommend, and administer claim management and general liability policies and procedures. These efforts help protect organizational assets while maintaining economical rates. The position reports to the Warranty Claim Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of warranty and product claims across Commercial Low-Slope and Roof Coatings systems and Maintenance and Repair products.
• Investigate, review, and analyze claim data.
• Devise claim resolution plans.
• Negotiate and coordinate repairs with repair contractors and building owners.
• Follow up with repair contractors and building owners.
• Perform independent activities assigned by the Claim Manager.
• Work with the Claim Department team to develop, recommend, and administer claim management and general liability policies and procedures.
• Help maintain maximum protection of organizational assets at the most economical rates.
