About The Position

Mule-Hide Products, part of ABC Supply, provides professional roofing contractors with products for commercial roofing projects and has served low-slope roofing needs since 1906. The Warranty Claims Associate assists in administering warranty and product claims across Commercial Low-Slope and Roof Coatings systems, as well as Maintenance and Repair products. The role investigates, reviews, and analyzes claim data; develops resolution plans; and negotiates and coordinates repairs and follow-up with repair contractors and building owners. The associate also performs independent activities assigned by the Claim Manager and works with the Claim Department team to develop, recommend, and administer claim management and general liability policies and procedures to protect organizational assets economically. The position reports to the Warranty Claim Manager.

Responsibilities

• Administer warranty and product claims across Commercial Low-Slope and Roof Coatings systems and Maintenance and Repair product offerings.
• Investigate, review, and analyze claim data and devise resolution plans.
• Negotiate and coordinate repairs and follow up with repair contractors and building owners.
• Perform independent activities assigned by the Claim Manager within the claims department.
• Work with the Claim Department team to develop, recommend, and administer claim management and general liability policies and procedures.
